Fruity Seedy Soda Bread

This fruit soda is a brainchild of my last trip to Ireland, we were searching for a good fruit loaf recipe when I thought why not just add some fruit to our already popular Seedy Soda. The result is surprisingly good savoury or just toasted with butter. Ingredients as above with some dried fruit
